Due to the nature of mystery scoop boxes, we are unable to offer returns. We work with your preferences and do our very best to not send you anything you do not want. However this might not always be avoidable. If this happens we assure you all items in our scoops would be great gifts to someone in your life! Should something arrive damaged then please reach out to us and we will make it right.
